Aaron did a great job helping us decide on what we wanted for our new stairs. The installation was great and they adjusted the timeline when our renovations were behind schedule.

Aaron from the Whitby store was great to work with since he was available to answer my questions right from the start. He was very knowledgeable with products from floors to window coverings as well as the procedure for installation. I felt comfortable working with him and would work with him on future projects.
I would give the Installation Team a lower mark as there were minor inconsistencies with their work. Overall, I am happy with the product and installation overall.

What a pleasure to deal with the Alexanian store in Mississauga. From the time I entered the store until I left , I felt very comfortable with the expertise and knowledge provided by Kaz Baginski. In addition , I was impressed with the great follow up provided, as never once did I have to contact Kaz, he called me. I am also very pleased with the installation of the flooring by Mustafa and Naveed; very professional , looks wonderful, and is even better than expected. Without question, I would never hesitate to provide the best reference ever, and when I have more work to do, this is where I will come. Thank you for your superior service , delivering what was expected, and exceeding my expectations.

My wife and I needed to replace the hall and kitchen vinyl flooring as the existing was at least 20years old and quite slippery which caused our dog to fall a number of times. We approached Garry of Alexanian Carpets who was very helpful and he recommended a stone effect vinyl which felt to the touch to have some non slip properties. He also recommended the grade appropriate to our use. He followed up with a visit to the house to verify the dimensions and other details for the installation.
Dave, the flooring installer, arrived on the date and time previously arranged and took 2 full days to complete the installation. He was absolutely meticulous in every part of the process and the finished installation could not have been better.

We contacted Alexanians, the Burlington location, to install new carpet on our stairs and top floor landing. We went with a brand of carpet recommended to us that would provide maximum stain protection and cleanup as well as great wear, as we have three young children. Unfortunately, around 4 months after install we started to see visible wearing/fraying in the carpet.

I contacted the salesperson we dealt with and after several days without a returned call, I called the manager of the store, Ken, directly. Ken promptly booked a time to come inspect the carpet, and set about investigating warranty options. Several months later, after an independent carpet inspection, we received full replacement cost for the carpet and just recently had a new carpet installed at no charge to us. The installers were an absolute pleasure to deal with; and got the job done in a very timely fashion. Thank you Zafer! The carpet looks beautiful!

What I want to stress to anyone dealing with this store in Burlington: please, if you have an issue, any issue, contact the manager Ken directly. Ken is a true professional; kind, patient, and willing to help. He walked with us through the options we had when we first initiated our complaint, and stayed in touch with us over the several months that it took to get the assessment and replacement completed.

If this is how a company prepares its managers to treat customers, then this is a company that I will deal with again, and recommend to others.

We loved working with Alexanian because of their knowledgeable staff and variety of options. We LOVE the end result. Ray helped us choose the Luxury Vinyl plank flooring over our existing hardwood because of our high traffic areas, kitchen & bathrom, and three outdoor exits on our main floor. The installation of the floors was challenging because of our hearth, multiple step downs and doorways. Because of Scott's expertise and attention to detail, our floors are perfectly level and beautiful. The durability of the floors has already been tested by large numbers of guests, little children and water-play, and a metal shop vac dropping off the counter-with no evidence on the flooring. Our floors are always mistaken for hardwood, except that they are worry free and easy to clean. Alexanian's was recommended to us by our friends, and we recommend them highly to anyone looking for new flooring!

Had to cancel an order with a big box company as the carpet delivery date slipped twice. Went to Alexanians Mississauga. Tony confirmed our carpet selection was available and measured the same evening. The carpet was installed one week later (ahead of schedule). No issues.

Alexanians contractors did an excellent job of demolition removal, installation of the tiles and Hardwood flooring. The pricing was all inclusive, no surprises and Paul our salesman kept in contact with us. The Manager of the store helped us with a small problem concerning our Hardwood floors at no charge. 10/10

Dealt with Alexanian for both my ceramic tiles and window shutters.
The service was impeccable. I dealt with Val at the Burlington store and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to show us different items with different price points. Would use this company again and would most definitely ask for Val again.
