Excellent company

Pest & Animal Control review in Toronto

I did have a problem with a couple of technicians from this company but it was very professionally resolved and I'll continue to use this excellent termite control company for my house termite warranty. I especially recommend Richard for his thorough and friendly yearly checks.

Poor customer service and unqualified technicians

Pest & Animal Control review in Toronto

I just received a renewal notice for an inspection after having a really unprofessional visit from this company by two young men ill-qualified and uninterested in doing their job two years ago. As a consequence I didn't schedule another visit but was billed for two years recently. When I called about the bill I was told the warranty didn't require an inspection, just that I pay the bill! For a termite insurance warranty I find this both unsatisfactory and unethical.
