Ant problem was reported and they came on the weekend to get it taken care of. Technician was well-mannered, prompt, and quick about getting in and out without causing disruptions.

The Ask: That the number of ants in my washroom to be knocked down quickly due to the contractor (renovating the washroom) not being able to work in an area where there is an infestation - this was made very clear.

Result: The contractor came back the next day and found that, although, the ants appeared to be gone (on the surface) due to the contractor removing the rotting wood that they were infesting, there was still an infestation in the washroom.

Next Steps:
I called and spoke with Art. He told me that getting the number of ants down is impossible, despite the fact that I made it clear up front what I needed.

Needless to say, he refused to give me a refund despite my ask being very clear which he did not deliver on, then told me that it was simply impossible - basically, something was promised which he never had any intention of delivering on.

I would NOT recommend them, and find it odd that he keeps claiming that they have a reputable, long-standing brand and still charge only $165 - should have been a signal as to the service that I was getting.
