The staff at Adam's were not very helpful. The quotes from the on site visit were vastly different than the quotes given from the main office. I finally got the price I wanted to what I requested by the on site guy, but I felt like we were going behind the main office's back. Just really sketchy in my opinion. The workers did deliver the exact product I purchased and did the install in one afternoon. They failed to install the light that came with one of the openers and left the garage doors full of dirty finger prints. I had to call and complain to have this fixed but in the end it was fixed. I'm extremely happy with the end product but the process of getting there was not the greatest. That said, Adam's was at least $1500 less than the next cheapest quote so I guess you get what you pay for.

- side vertical tracks are not aligned properly
- garage spring bracket on crooked causing uneven wear on shaft
- picture on brochure displayed a seal between each door panel to eliminate any wind (no seal) in place
- exterior gaskets not installed properly causing air to come in.
- New door panel installed with visible scratched panel

Called several times... Owner came out acknowledged defects and stated a repair would happen. After several follow up call and commitments by the company to this day no repairs and very dissatisfied. Next is the better business burea.

The house I bought had old barnyard doors on the garage so I called Adams Door Systems for a quote to install a whole garage door system.
They installed a fully automatic door on the front of my single car garage and a manual door on the back of the garage.
They had a great selection of window designs to choose from. I went with an art deco inspired rectangular shape in chocolate brown to match the house.
The installation was very quick and we have had no problems since. I am very happy with the service and product we received from them and it has really improved the look of my house. We're still getting compliments from the neighbours on it to this day!

I was a little apprehensive prior to the installation of the door and opener for a couple of reasons, but am VERY pleased with the results. The installers spend 3-4 hours on the metal capping, cutting and bending the metal around the above garage door windows! Initially, I was not convinced this was going to turn out well, but it turned out excellent. The installation of the door and opener only took an hour afterwards. They guys explained the operation of the door, and it works perfectly. Probably the best bang for your buck to spruce up the outside of your house. .

Great quality doors! Great work doors installed before promised date and results were amazing. Very fair with there prices. Office assistant was extremely helpful answering my questions. Would recommend them and use them in future.

My Clopay Garage door required a new spring. There are two on this model. (left and right side of door.) Called Adams arranged for service tech to arrive between 8:00am and 12:00 noon. He showed at 6:20pm after calling two hours earlier to say he would be late. Not only was he not on time, but he didn't have the correct replacement spring. Wasted a day off work waiting for him to show up.
He came the next business day with the correct spring. Said he should swap out both springs since he's not sure how long the unbroken spring would last.
Took less than 15 minutes to swap out the two springs and charged me almost $300 for the work.
These same springs can be purchased from the US for less than $30 each. Next time the Clopay spring breaks I won't be calling Adams for service.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!

Adams Door Systems was recommended by a friend. When we went there, we received a lot of information and a great price. A guy came out quickly to measure our garage door. The men that installed our door were there within their estimated time frame. They were professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. We have already recommended Adams Door Systems to others and will continue to do so.

NEVER BUY A GARAGE DOOR FROM ADAMS GARAGE DOOR SYSTEM INC!
Here's a bunch of reasons of why you shouldn't buy a garage door from Adams. There service is really bad. I called and they never returned my call.

1. The rod that the springs are on are bent
2. The center of the rod and ends do not align
3. The top panel is bent
4. The long stiffener is bent and lose.
5. The chain is jumping beside the track
6. The operation of the door is jumpy and noisy
7. Center bracket on rod is bent.
8. The spring bracket not in center. One long and one short.
