Acacia Fine Furniture & Interiors

After spending several frustrating months looking for new furniture for our family room, we came to the conclusion that in order to get exactly what we wanted, in the sizes we wanted and in the quality finish we were looking for, it would have to be customized and therefore very expensive. We walked into Acacia Fine Furniture by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Not only did we see exactly what we wanted but we soon found out we could also get the pieces customized to the sizes we needed and could choose the wood and finish as well, and all within a reasonable price. Acacia products are made of 100% wood and finished in quality workmanship. They clearly take pride in the work they do. We were guided right from the beginning and we were kept updated along the way. Our furniture was delivered on time and professionally installed and stationed as per our instructions. It has now been a month and we are completely pleased with the product and service. We will most definitely be back to furnish other rooms with Acacia Fine Furniture.

Mid to somewhat higher end line with both contemporary and traditional styles. The object I bought was 33% off due to being discontinued by the factory. Since it was a floor model and final sale, the staff was very helpful in moving it around for me to check for defects.

Delivery was very prompt and smooth.

The only quibble I have is that the sales person did not seem very knowledgable about the merchandise or the manufacturers. For example, she said it was made in the US when I found out it was actually Canadian made after looking up the company in Wikipedia.

We purchased two bedside tables at Acacia. We were unsure if they would fit into our vehicle, but the salesperson assured us that if it didn't fit, they would drive the tables to our house themself, saving us the delivery fee. Once the prodcuts arrived and the tables did not fit, they informed us that we would have to pay for the delivery. It wasn't a large amount, but nevertheless, we have trouble trusting the salespeople there for this small event.

Unique products and very helpful staff at a great store. We were looking at just bedrooms at the time but I am amazed at the great quality of furniture available (Canadian Made too!). Definitely plan to come here again when we upgrade more furniture in our home.
