Guys took forever to unload a 26 foot truck. Workers complained about taking their shoes off in a BRAND NEW HOUSE with hardwood floors (what mover doesn't take off their shoes in a customers home???).... Made a big deal about having to lay out rugs in the house. Took their time the whole day, until the last hour, then demanded payment in full BEFORE the move was completed!! When I refused to pay until the job was done, the owner ordered the movers to stop moving my times until they were paid! They unloaded the rest of the items into the garage and left!
I believe this is a good company, but it depends which group of workers the company sends you.
when it comes to you personal possessions, spend a little more money, and hire professional movers who'll do a complete job.
- Company Response
Dear customer:
Regarding new floor. Sometimes there are special requests that need to be dealt with our main office. Moving heavy objects without shoes can be unsafe and can lead to a work accident. Please call us about special requests, such us varnished floors. On such occasions we spread floor pads or runners and put booties on shoes to avoid damage.
Generally, our movers get payment from the customer before or just before the end of the move. In more than 20 years, our experience shows that more than 99% of the customers we have served are satisfied with our services and payment arrangements.
