I am a home builder and a contract renovator. I have used this company for last 7 years to take care of my properties between tenants. I always get notifications of all the details of the jobs including pics and when it’s done. This is important for me because I'm constantaly given updates and I'm not required to supervise regularly. If you're looking for quality service and peice of mind then I highly recommend this company.

Team arrived earlier than expected and were done in under an hour. Most of the stains were removed and the big one has been greatly reduced. The guys were professional and very friendly.

Steam 'n' Clean responded to my query via HomeStars within a couple of hours, gave me a favourable estimate, and booked an appointment the same week. I wanted a sofa, three armchairs, two recliners and two recliners cleaned -- some reupholstered with delicate vintage fabrics. The serviceman did an excellent job for a reasonable price (I compared) and I'll use this company again when needed.

The gentlemen came and used their equipment to clean two carpeted areas and one sofa. There were no guarantees - particularly given the extent of the stains on the carpets - but I think that each item was improved as a result. (At least I can be comforted that I have done all I can to clean the items.) They were courteous and considerate of the items in my home. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to know in advance that ideally the items would take 24 hours to dry, as I had gotten the impression from the website and the reviews that I read that it would be a far shorter period of time.
