Amazing experience from the get go. We needed to refresh some of our old carpeted areas before we hosted Easter dinner this weekend. I was able to make an appointment over email within an hour or so for the next day. The two techs arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time and effort on a couple of bad areas. My wife and I still cannot believe at how good the carpets look compared to before. We definitely did not expect this level of skill and will definitely be considering getting this done more regularly. Special thanks to Steve who made the whole process a breeze.

They came in assessed and advised they could not clean 2 rugs for me on site as they could be damaged. The thing is I have had these rugs cleaned on site twice before and did notice they were getting a bit faded. So they cleaned the furniture and room carpets on site using a truck system and took the rugs to their warehouse to clean. I got the rugs back yesterday and WOW what a difference. The colours are more vibrant and that hazy look they had before is all gone. Very very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge to know certain things cannot be done on site. I will undoubtedly be using their services again.

Was referred to this company from a neighbour when I had water flowing in from backyard during the melt last couple weeks. Steve came in and explained our options very well and we decided not to go through insurance. They were able to salvage my carpet by completely removing it while they dried the walls and flooring. They also removed all the furniture and cleaned it to be put back once renovations were completed. We are now ready for the second phase where drywall and floor is to be put in and the guys are scheduled for next week.

From start to finish these guys put me at ease and took care of all the dumping and clean up associated with this nightmare. I will happily refer this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Two gentleman came to my house and cleaned in a professional and efficient manner. Got out some nasty stains and the carpets look amazing. I shouldn't have waited so long to get this done and have signed up for an annual cleaning.

We use their services for steam cleaning carpets and bringing them back to life after long leases. Almost all stains are removed by their spot treatments and the final outcome is much better than something like carpet shampoo.

I asked Toronto steam and clean to steam clean my condo with two bedrooms. I emailed them, got the price, set up a time, and they came within the two hour window. They did a great job and I would recommend them.
