Reliable Dryer Vent

I phoned Marc and described the issue with a flexible dryer vent the previous owner had hidden behind drywall. He listened attentively and provided some options but asked to come by to diagnose and give an accurate estimate. That impressed me because someone else I spoke to didn't feel the need to come out for a look and preferred that I take measurements and send them.
