Reliable Dryer Vent

I recently purchased a house, and bought a new washer/dryer. The dryer didn't work, and I realized it must be a dryer vent issue. I looked on Homestars and Reliable was at the top of the list so I took the recommendation. It was 1am when I emailed Marc, and he called me back first thing the next day, and came that afternoon to diagnose the issue - very impressive!!

Long story short, the previous owner did not take care of the ventilation system at all leading to several issues in different places. Marc returned promptly to do the work (it was a big job!) and I'm very happy with the outcome.
