An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
In 2010, we realized that we would need waterproofing done to our older house (1930). As recommended, we asked for and received 3 quotations.
By far, the most professional approach was by Sandra Baldwin from Lifetime Contractor. We selected her company, and that was the best move that we could have made.
The time selected was the end of July. It ended up being a sweltering heat-wave, very tight quarters, and one very difficult neighbour.
Sandra handled all of these trials and tribulations in a very commendable manner. I also run a business, and I was impressed with her demeanor throughout the whole job.
Because of the heat and limited access, the job took a little longer than anticipated. However, her workmen were exemplary. Every night the work area was covered, so it did not look like we were living in a constuction zone. Clean, neat, considerate, very professional.
For sure, if I needed any other work done, I would not even ask for other quotations, just go with Lifetime Contractor.
Reputable, reliable, I would not hesitate to recommend them!
