We had some unfinished soffit on one side of our home and had squirrels eat through the facia board in order to make a nest. We tried to get the job done before the mom had babies, for obvious reasons but had a hell of a time finding someone to come and do the job. We are in a three story home and most did not want to go that high. It was also complicated because we had hired a company to come by and do the soffits and siding, and had to get this done before they could start.
We came across A Animal Removal, who seemed to have a good reputation and gave him a call to come by and give us just an estimate. Chris showed up when he said he would and by the time 15 minutes had passed, we had given him the job and he was working away at it. We liked his attitude, both the the quality of work, but also to the well being of the animals. We did not want the animal(s) harmed in any way. Unfortunately, the mother squirrel already had her baby so we had to put the baby into a box and leave it in a warm place, hoping mom would come back to retrieve it. In the meantime, Chris cleaned up and blocked all the openings and was done very quickly. Mom never did come back so we had to get animal services to come and pick it up. Chris even called back the next day to see how the baby made out.
The price was fair, the work was great and the compassion for the animals was there. All good things to look for in a service provider of this nature. We recommend A Animal Removal to anyone.
