Andy and his team have done several projects on our home including a full kitchen renovation, extension off the back of the house, new roof, exterior stucco, eaves/soffit/facia, knob and tube wiring removal and rewiring, second full bathroom, complete basement renovation post-flood. All of this work has been completed on-time and within budget. Andy is an absolute pleasure to work with and takes a personal interest in every job that he manages, visiting regularly, calling daily to provide checkins and updates. We also have two cats - Andy made sure they were SAFE at all times during the renovations and could not escape the house. There is nothing worse than worrying about the safety of your pets when your house is being worked on. Andy ensured we never had to worry about Toby and Olaf. In addition, if workers finished early, Andy would often pop by (when he could) to let the cats out of the room they were being kept in for safety. I don't think you'll find another contractor that will so this much interest in the health and well being of your pets! As you can imagine with jobs this large - something is bound to go awry - like finding out you have knob and tube wiring when renovating the basement after it flooded which was already a high enough stress situation. Andy has the ability to calm you down and reassure you everything can be fixed and within a reasonable budget. Andy has done work on several of my neighbours houses and even a co-workers based on the superior customer service he has provided to us over the years. We will continue to use Andy in the future - in fact, we have a project on the go to replace our back stairwell which has fallen into disrepair (the perils of a Century Home). Our front deck was falling apart and we needed a new one. We also need more storage in our backyard to separate bikes, etc from garden equipment. We contracted with Bin Solutions through Zion for a new shed and deck. Zion was friendly and professional. Willing to come out late in the evening to discuss our project when it was convenient for us (and not always him). Really appreciated his willingness to work with our schedules not to mention he is always smiling and pleasant to chat with. As the project commenced our front deck project was not without some unexpected structural issues (the fault of the previous deck construction) but Zion managed the project and completed it within our budget nonetheless. Essentially some of our rotting support beams ran into our house structure and could not be removed. This resulted in placing a new support structure around the old and enlarging the size of the deck as a result. The deck is stunning and was built with great attention to detail - we've had several neighbours come over and comment with "deck envy"! The shed is fabulous - so fabulous we decided to tear down our other shed and purchase another from Zion (so bin solutions installed two sheds for us). The door entry design which allows you access to everything in the shed easily is magnificent. Zion phoned and/or visited the job site regularly to ensure everything was done properly and visited upon completion to verify all the work. The carpenters and shed installers cleaned up after themselves EVERY day and the job site was clean for the entire time we were under construction. We're very happy with results and have attached some pictures to this review.

I am writing this review for my parents who had an ENTIRE family of large raccoons living under their back deck which meant they could no longer use it. Chris raccoon proofed the deck and created a one-way door for them to leave, then came back and closed it off. Did the work professionally and within budget. Was kind and courteous - pleasant to work with.

We had lots of mice running through our house and squirrels in our attic keeping us up at night. 18 months later we're still mouse and squirrel free in our attic/home - great professional service and advise. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks Troy.
