We just had an extensive renovation done and a raccoon was trapped in our attic. After reading the rave reviews about Chris on this website, I thought I would give him a call. Glad I did! He is a great guy, honest and professional and oh yes, the raccoon has left the premises! Thanks Chris, until next time.....

In short, Chris was great. Nice guy, sincere.

Some squirrels had made themselves at home in our attic. They would keep us awake at night scratching around above our bedroom. I called Chris, who came the next day. He went up onto our roof, banged around, chased the squirrels out of the attic, placed a one-way trap on their entrance, and presto!, no more squirrels. He came by some time later and removed the trap and fixed the hole. I think that his price is more than fair, as he went up onto our roof in the dead of winter and took care of the problem. It was quick, easy and painless for everyone involved. Thanks again, Chris!!

Don't be like me and try to get the problem fixed yourself, I did and the result was a disaster. We managed to lock a squirrel in the attic, so we had one trying to break in and another trying to break out.

Being a single mom, I am always apprehensive when hiring someone, Chris was amazing, he was extremely knowledgeable and I was truly impressed with the work that he did.

Save yourself the frustration and the sleepless nights and hire Chris, he is worth every cent, he was very thorough and not only did he put in a one way door, he also checked all the other areas of the roof and reinforced the areas that had potential for future problems. Chris told me that he would fix my house as if it was his own and that he did.

I would hire this man again in a heartbeat. Pick up the phone and call him, you will be glad you did and like me, you will wonder what took you so long to find and hire him.

Chris did a quick squirrel job for us earlier in the summer and I promised to place a review on Homestars
Chris was very prompt with his service (unlike me with my review-sorry Chris)
He located the problem area quickly and sealed itthe squirrels were high in the trees at the time ao no need for a trap. He also helped clear the nest in the rafters for me. Days later the results were obvious as some clearly confused squirrels were seen hanging around their old access point looking confused....

Chris came to my home to do a quick squirrel removal. He put in a one way door and found two areas where they were getting in. He returned two weeks later and closed everything up. He then went to my mom's house who had racoons living under her sunroom. They had made a real mess and also got into the trap door of the hot tub and pulled out insulation. Chris put hooks on the hot tub panel and screened in the sunroom. He sealed every possible entrance and also cleaned up after the job. He was so very pleasnat ot my mom who is a senior and was a wonderful person to deal with. I would refer him to anyone. Thanks again Chris.

Chris was excellent. We had a problem with a squirrel in our attic, he installed a one way door on our Marley roof to remedy the problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Chris is definitely the man!!! This gentleman is a true professional and I recommend him highly should you have any pest concerns. Chris took the time to explain everything he would be doing, found the only possible location the racoon was accessing our attic, found no roof damage, and installed a one-way door. Within 24 hours, we no longer had a problem. However, this stubborn little creature tried in vain to regain access to his beloved home from a different location, causing some minor roof damage. When Chris came back soon after to remove the trap door and replace it with siding (which he took the trouble to color match with the rest of the house!!!), he repaired the damage that the racoon had caused. Outstanding service, top quality workmanship, a master of his profession. There really is no need to look any further. Chris IS the man.

We have had squirrels in our roof for a few years. I called Chris and he returned the call same day. The next day he arrived, put in a one way door and patched holes in our roof. The squirrels were gone same day and have not been back. Very reasonable rates and well worth it. Highly recommended and will certainly use him again if we have any similar problems.

I've had raccoons coming into our attic year after year. I've tried every wildlife company in the yellowpages. This year, the raccoons had babies. I first used a different company to get the raccoons out of the attic, but the company didn't fix any of the damaged attic. I found Chris on homestars.ca and saw the numerous positive reviews and decided I had nothing to lose. True to the reviews, he was exceptional. He was extremely courteous, took his time to do the job RIGHT, and asked me to go up to the roof to check out his amazing workmanship. He patched up everything and closed off all entry points and pretty much animal-proofed the whole roof. I can finally sleep worry free! Thank you Chris! Hopefully this is a permanent solution. If not, Chris will be the one I'll think of when I need help!
