We woke up on a rainy Monday morning to hear raccoons in our attic. I went on Homestars and asked for quotes from various pest control companies, and A1 was the first to get back to us that same morning. Chris said he would come over and take care of the problem the very next day, and that is what he did.
The raccoons had made their way through a vent cover, so A1 came and replaced all of our plastic covers with better ones, in addition to putting a one-way door on the one that the raccoons had broken in to. That same night, the raccoons left and we haven't heard from them since. They came back and took out the door and placed the final cover in, and now we will never have to worry about the raccoons breaking through again.
My dad was the only person who actually met Chris (and I'm guessing Ricky was the other guy, judging by the other reviews), as we both had to be at work, but he said that they were great guys and seemed like hard workers.
