Ordered 2 chairs on January 5/2008. In the bigger scheme of things this was a small order and I understand it wouldn't be a top priority. Was told they would arrive in 6 weeks and had to pay in full. This order was the worst retail service experience I have ever had the misfortune to be part of. This company is either not capable of tracking their orders or were simply unwilling to tell me why my order that was supposed to take 6 weeks is still not available 18 weeks later. I still don't know where it is or when it will be in. I keep getting told that it will arrive "any day now" or "arrive in 10 days".
Marely became defensive when I questioned why the order was taking so long and immediately offered that I cannot get a refund when I tried to press for details of why the order was missing in action and taking 3 times longer than it was supposed to. At any point in this transaction if she had of offered regrets or apologies about the long time I would not have been so dissatisfied but it was clear that she did not wish to provide any sort of service or information to make the customer feel confident there were no issues.
Would never recommend this store to anyone who wanted good service and a first-class operation that cared about their customers. I am sorry I dealt with the store and can only hope that someday I actually receive my order.
