We wanted to get rid of a very old, bulky, super-heavy TV and in order to avoid the aggravation of transporting this to the local recycling centre ourselves, I called 1 800 Got Junk to get a quote. I was amazed at how fast & efficient the service was - within the same hour, our TV was gone and this was on a public holiday!
The staff were very friendly, cheerful and attentive to detail. The transaction was completely contactless and safe. I would highly recommend their service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

We called 1-800-Got-Junk to clear out what was left of Mom and Dad's 60+ years of accumulated household goods--furniture; old office desks, chairs and other paraphernalia; cabinets, tools, broken lawn chairs, ladders, cables and extension cords, etc. It took two loads to carry everything away.

Their truck could fit down a laneway easily and the two guys were really pleasant to chat with. While they were here, our neighbour also asked them to help remove some junk.

1-800 Got Junk never fails. It’s my go to service to remove unwanted junk and garbage. Yesterday, two very pleasant young men dropped by to remove an old bed frame and mattress. They were in and out in less than half an hour, and they made sure to explain in advance the cost of the job. Friendly, professional, efficient. What more could you ask for!

Hubby and I were moving and downsizing. We had to tear apart two rooms where we'd kept our rescue rabbits and had wood panel walls and heavy carpets we'd used for five years. I asked if I could help, and they told me, "Oh no, this is a service." They really saved us. We were able to get moved in time and downsize for our smaller house. The team was polite, friendly and got the job done in a timely matter. They gave us the estimate before they started to ensure we were ok with the price and then got to work.

My grandparents recently moved into a retirement home and we had to get some final items out of their old condo.
This was the only company that was willing to come up to the actual condo unit, which was vacant for several months. 'got junk' was also willing to sort through the items and deliver/donate whatever they could to either habitat or furniture bank.
