Marc did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent; he's pleasant, efficient and reliable--just like his company name! Now our dryer is working much more efficiently, a fact which will likely be reflected in our hydro bill. Marc recommends that we have 0ur dryer vent cleaned in three years' time, and we'll certainly be calling him to do the job again!

Sewage backed up and spilled out of the overflow drain in our basement. We called a plumber who was unable to come but referred us to Toronto Plumber.Ca. Alex came to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem: a broken sewage pump. (We hadn't realized the pump was broken, which was the cause of the basement toilet not draining properly--no wonder the plunger was of no help!) Alex replaced the sewage pump and check valve. This was a dirty job even for a plumber. Alex was excellent, efficient and very professional. We called 1-800-Got-Junk to clear out what was left of Mom and Dad's 60+ years of accumulated household goods--furniture; old office desks, chairs and other paraphernalia; cabinets, tools, broken lawn chairs, ladders, cables and extension cords, etc. It took two loads to carry everything away. Roman and Jeremy did a fantastic job getting everything onto their truck. These two young men were pleasant, professional, diligent, efficient and hard-working in the 30 degree C temperature. We are very grateful to them for a job well done!

We live in in townhouse, and we and several of our neighbours heard squirrels in the attic so we contacted AAA Gates Wildlife Control. Blake identified the point of entry and installed a one-way door. The next day we heard squealing on the roof and saw three squirrels attempting to get back in. ("Sorry, squirrels, no more luxury suites for you--it's time to camp in the nearby ravine!") Since then, all has been quiet.
