1-800-GOT-JUNK?

We had some junk that was hanging around the outside of our house, some old decking, and a few electronics. Not a lot of stuff. We made an appointment for the same day, we had no idea how much it might cost but for the amount of stuff we had we didn't think it would cost that much. The guys arrived on time and were very friendly, however, the quote they gave us was really high. My knees buckled a little. One of the guys called head office to see if he could reduce the charge and he gave us a $25 discount. We bit the bullet like the suckers we are and they took away the junk. Two weeks later we are contacted by the company telling us we were under charged by $49 and they will charge our credit card. I think it is disgusting that they charge you way more than it's worth then have the nerve to charge you more. We will never use this company again. A few years ago we used a different company and they charged half the price for about the same amount of stuff, I was extremely pleased with them and even gave them a $20 tip. The only reason I gave 2 stars for You-Got-Junk is because the guys were very friendly, but now I'm thinking if they didn't have friendly guys people would probably turn them away more than they do now.
