I was looking to dispose of some construction materials with as little hassle as possible. There wasn't much to dispose, approximately 1 pickup truck load.
I easily booked online, and expected the cost to be approximately $175 based on the pricing estimator available, as well as compared to other service pricing online.
The two associates were very friendly on the phone, as well as while removing the junk.
Unfortunatley, the quote that they provided was more than double what was quoted online. But I was just happy to see the junk gone so I agreed to it. It did appear to be more, but I expect part of that was how it was 'tossed into the truck'.
I reported the price discrepancy, and an associate called, but didn't return my call (as i'd missed the first call).
Update: I received a call from Got Junk and they made a major effort to resolve the issue. I appreciate their effort, and would consider using them again
