The crew showed up on time and worked hard. However, I was brutally overcharged for what they did. They explained the truckload pricing up front, but when they were finished and I looked in truck, i realized i was being overcharged. They charged me for 1 and a half bed loads of brick and block. What I saw was a single bed load. He argued that a bed load was up to 12" high and that it was 14" in some spots. Problem is, it was 0" in many spots too. Add to the fact that they have large 5 ton trucks with large beds. I am a contractor and brought the rubble from a 2 job sites in my own truck with a small 5.5' bed and got it here in 2 trips. In a nutshell, I was charged over $700 for $100 in dump fees and 45 minutes of work. That's $300 per hour per guy.
