An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called in a pinch as a tenant had left a fairly large amount of junk behind that I had to get rid of in a hurry. They showed up on time and, while there were there, they even got rid of some construction debris that was left over from a renovation. The guys (Rob and Bill) were very friendly, personable, and incredibly efficient. They even swept the garage out when they were done. I was very, very pleased with the level of service. I was also glad to know that the vast majority of what was collected would be recycled as opposed to just thrown into a landfill. Great job, guys! I won't hesitate to use Got Junk again or to recommend you to someone else.
