From our first point of contact with their sales rep a few months ago to the follow-up call once their windows were installed, Brock has exceeded our expectations. Their sales rep took the time to explain our options, and provide a detailed quote. Their communication around installation was perfect, letting us know in writing how to prepare and what to expect. They called the day before to check in, and the day of to see how the installation was going and then the day after to make sure we were happy. The install crew was quick, professional and clean.
All in all, we were very happy with the experience.
