City Water International

After the installation of under sink water filtration system from City Water International, my tap water tastes better than the bottled water. I don’t need to spend money on changing the filters also. All I need to do is call them any time of the day and they show up with the replacement filters within hours.

We have a family owned business and we needed a good and reputable water filtration services. I called different companies, but none of them gave a good response as City Water did. City Water team is extremely knowledgeable and the customer service people are very responsive and listen to my questions patiently. They pay great attention to my needs as though they provide a personalized service to me. The quality of water is the best and Thank you so much for offering excellent water filtration services. I highly recommend your services to everyone because water needs are universal.

A friend of mine recommended City Water International's Mirage water filtration unit. As a matter of fact, I was initially skeptical about the contract as I seen many reviews about company. But, I was convinced by sales guys and they explained the contract exactly as it is. The sales guy described different products and scheduled a technician visit. I thought it is going to be a very complicated and time consuming process, but they finished the installation in jiffy and they install everything quickly + They have cleaned the area which was became dirty at time of installation, and this was not supposed to be done by them. Before All installations happened they asked me is where the water supply is and where is the electrical outlet, that's it. and everything was done. When I tasted the water, I felt like the water tastes fresh, so no need to worry on this. I really liked their services and recommend it to anyone.

I really like recommendation of crystal mountain water cooler by city water guys. As a customer they have served me the right product for my office as per my requirement.. I was looking for a standard water cooler but they told me pros and cons of the same.. I am really impressed with the service and installation process they followed my office was not disturbed with noisy installation .. it was like 30-40 minutes and they installed everything correctly.
I will 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for office water solutions in Toronto area. The only thing I like to mention is to read the contract, they have option of auto renewal contract, which i don't think is a big deal to rate them low..

We had a 5 year contract which we respected, as stipulated in the contract we had to give a 3 month written notice, we did just that in writing and sent it out with the final payment, they cashed the cheque and denied receiving the termination letter, I have been harassed by staff members since, after months of conversations I am told that we need to pay for a machine that we no longer have on site, Bad company and please stay away.

This company is horrible. They require cancellation 6 months before contract expiration (not from when you want to cancel, so despite wanting to cancel when our contract is up, I am now somehow locked in to another 15 months. Horrible customer service. They also never come and change the filters. DO NOT rent from them

DO NOT sign up with this company! Contract automatically rolls over and you are locket in for another 3-5 years! After that they want $300 to refurbish a machine that is 9 years old and belongs in the trash! Very rude employees and horrible customer service! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Read the fine print on the 5 year contract. It rolls over and when you finally can get them to pick up the unit they have a removal and refurbishing cost of over $306.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever received in my LIFE! I constantly felt like I was being scammed, I was forced into a close to 5 year contract with them and had little to no help from them whenever one of the many issues came up regarding their coolers.

When an issue did come up, they directed me to a video they have online which was grainy and awful and didn't answer any of my questions.

This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.
