Bought a furnace, had great service at FIRST>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NOT NOW First they went to the States with a call centre Then they nixed that because it was beyond POOR Still I cannot seem to get the service we used to get Have Gold Plan maintenance and they always called us in spring and in fall for the check ups on the equipment............. now they just ignore you and when you call they make you wait a month...........VERY POOR SERVICE COMPARED TO HOW THEY USED TO BE I will be finding another Heating AC contractor to service my equipment from now on MR FURNACE YOU BLEW IT FOR GOOD THIS TIME!
