We had a bit of a challenging situation with a house full of Euro style tilt and turn windows, which open inward as well as tilt from the top. After being frustrated with the lack of elegant solutions available from big-name suppliers like HD we happened upon Marco, Mike, and co. These guys came up with a solution for our windows that works both aesthetically and functionally, all at a cost that was considerably better than what Hunter Douglas would have been. It is early days with the shutters themselves but so far they are looking great and working extremely well. Quality appears to be top notch. One thing that I really appreciate is how well balanced the gaps are - everything is very symmetric. The installation ran into a few unlucky and unavoidable hitches but everything was resolved very much to our satisfaction (this I think is a better sign of a good company than an installation that goes off perfectly, which is perhaps more a sign of good luck than good service). Its a good feeling to find local suppliers that can do high quality custom work for specific situations. Really glad we found these guys and I suggest you give them a shout.

I had been having a wasp issue for a little while now but could never locate the source. As the problem seemed to be getting worse, I called Pesticon to come and remove it. My phone call was answered very quickly and they showed up the next morning, bright and early as promised. Very punctual. I thought there would be 3-4 wasps in there. Turns out its more like 30. They had been trying to make a nest inside a patio umbrella that had been closed for a while. A very thorough job with some kind of "smoke" device and now they're all dead. No way I could have gotten rid of 30 of them myself. Quite happy with the service!
