I don't have too many "go-to" companies but this team is now my absolute go-to for any plumbing needs, big or small. My main toilet was refusing to drain and my attempts to fix were getting nowhere. I had used Dunn twice before for bigger projects so I gave them a call for help. The Dunn team arrived when promised and gave me options on how to proceed, explaining each option well, answering all my questions. They fixed the problem and then tested and retested until we were both satisfied that all was now working. They were friendly and courteous and it was overall a very positive experience in the end - I will definitely use them again!

When the lights in my basement stopped working, I reached out to several companies via homestars for quotes to troubleshoot. Rocco from Vitucci contacted me quickly back withe a reasonable rate and fast timing. He responded promptly to setting up a time and was always friendly and polite. His technician Lukas arrived on-time and well-equipped to find the problem. Lukas was also very friendly and polite, and he quickly found the problem and solved it. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be calling Vitucci again for future electrical problems or projects on my home.

I enjoyed working with this company, Responses were prompt, friendly, and professional. Valerie took the time to forewarn me of potential expenses as part of my repair, which I appreciated knowing in advance. Roman came well prepared and was able to fix my issue in no time, and then took the time to talk to me about 2 other projects I am looking to have done. I wish all contractors were as pleasant to deal with!

I'm rarely impressed enough to take the time to write a review, but I haven't been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I see a lot of the other positive reviews mention Rob and I am not surprised - Rob was great! Explained my options to me in simple terms that I was able to understand and kept me informed every step of the way. I was also impressed that he carried all the parts he needed with him even when what he found in my house wasn't 100% standard. He also explained to me his choice of parts (which were all high quality, and he explained what the advantages were) and as he left he gave some advice about other plumbing work I was contemplating. All in all, I would recommend this company without hesitation and call them again any time I have plumbing needs.
