I called Skylights Unlimited to help me fix 2 problem skylights on our roof. They came out to the house and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. They gave me a very reasonable quote. We picked a date, and the two guys who came to install everything were awesome. They took the old ones away, and cleaned up after themselves, the price was as quoted, and they did it in a matter of hours. Every February at around 6 o'clock, you could find my husband cooking dinner in a parka. That's how cold our kitchen was. Old and improperly insulated, nobody could figure out how to insulate the space without ripping everything apart. Finally, airseal insulators came to the rescue. They were able to blow in their expanding foam insulation into the walls and under the floor joyces disturbing absolutely nothing in the kitchen. It's a far better insulator than fiberglass, and took them all of 20 minutes to complete the job. They were friendly, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. The kitchen is toasty in the winter, and cool in the summer. The only bad news: Now my husband cooks in a speedo.
