Our AC went down on the hottest and humid August long weekend. After doing some research at Homestars, we called Oleg at Air Point. Oleg asked us to change out the furnace filters first to see if this made any difference and if not to call him back. We did what he said and no change in the AC. He came on the holiday Monday and made some good recommendations at a good price point. He did not charge us for the visit! The installers came in the next day, Tuesday and they were very polite and professional! It has been over three weeks now and the AC and furnace is working well. The furnace is powerful enough to get the AC up into the second floor! We are very happen with Oleg and Air Point, we would be very happen to recommend them to anyone!

Nani and the New Dawn team were very professional from the beginning to the end of my the solar system project.They created an easy to understand work back schedule of key deliverable dates and payment requirements. I really felt very at easy with Nani and his team as they where there to answer any question that I had about the project.The reason I did not give a 5 star on this review was because the installation of the solar invertor on the outside of my the house. I am still trying to source a cover to protect the electrical hardware from the sun. A Home Depot typical canopy is large and unsightly so I have to get a custom cover built for it.Overall, I am pleased with the output of the solar system. It is generating revenue for us and I feel really good about being a steward of the environment!

Vargas Family Roofing and Exteriors had completed a number of homes in our area. They came highly recommended by all our neighbours. Elian was quick to provide an honest assessment of our roof and a fair estimate. They were able to fit us in within a couple of weeks. They completed the job in a timely manner and paid special attention to ensuring they left our property in pristine condition. We appreciate their work and their attention to detail. They came to remove our old asphalt and a 6 x 10 feet of old concrete pad from our driveway. We where away at work at the time of the insult. When I can home I tried to open my garage door. The door started to cave in because the paver had laid new asphalt about 3 inches over the underside of the garage door. (later on I found out that they did no remove the old concrete pad and just paved over top, b/c of weathering the asphult started to lift around the concrete pad) We try several times to contact them and no one will answer our calls! I had to hire another company to come in to chisel the asphalt around the door so it will open again. So, now when I see their signs around the neighborhood, I try to let other home owners about what had happened to us.
