My wife and I had been looking for the right time, location, and of course builder for roughly 2 years. We visited several dozens of home and spoke with lots of builders all over Edmonton and St. Albert. After 2 years there was really only one builder we felt great about in every aspect. And that was Kanvi. We just purchased our home from Kanvi and they have been excellent the entire process. Chris in Keswick has been exceptional! We can’t really say enough good things about Chris, down to earth and very easy to deal with from the very start. Everything has gone smoothly and there is nothing but great feelings with this home purchase. All our dealings with Kanvi left us so thankful we walked away from other potential deals. The contrast between dealing with Kanvi and others actually took us by surprise. They’ve been that great. My advice to those looking: don’t base your decision on $ alone and don’t rush into anything. Every time we thought we were getting a “deal” with other builders it turned out there was a reason for it. Look into the company you’re wanting to build with, read the reviews. You need to have a good relationship because you’re going to build, then you’ll be communicating a lot with the builders; and you’ll want that excellent customer service and clear communication.
