Almost two months after my husband and I moved to our first house at the end of April, I started to notice the scratching noise on the ceiling. I checked the Home Starts and called GTA Wildlife Removal & Pest Control. Troy came next day and found the little hole up on the roof. He set up metal screen to prevent the mice to enter again and we did not hear any noise for about two months. One day in September, I found a little mouse in the kitchen floor. I called GTA again and one of GTA guy came on the same day. He removed the mouse and checked the house again without any fee. Last week, I called GTA again because one of roofer told us that we had squirrels living under the roof. Troy came again next morning and checked the roof. He informed us that there were no extra holes or scratches from squirrels. But nonetheless he made sure metal screen he put in June was tight and enforced. He spent more than 20 minutes to fix our roof and he did not even ask for extra fee for his service. (Our warranty ended at the end of September!) I found them extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I recommend GTA wildlife to anyone who is looking for a pest control service!

My husband and I made a very expensive mistake buying our first house without a house inspection. We moved at the end of April this year and have noticed many uncomfortable flaws around the house. So we decided to have a house inspection with John on September 20th, 2011. He listened to our concerns and went through the house with us. He explained whenever he found some issues and suggested recommendations what we need to do. He was extremely thorough and patient. For instance, although we were told from our previous owners that the furnace was maintained every year, John indicated that our furnace had a problem and suggested us to call for a service immediately. We contacted the service and learnt that our heat exchanger was cracked and that we had a serious health risk due to high Carbon Monoxide exposure. The furnace was shut down by the service on the same day. We also were told from our realtor and previous owners that our electrical was updated and had no problem, but John suggested otherwise. John also indicated few other problems in the house that we might not have noticed by ourselves. He provided us how to tackle the problems in what order. Because of John, we are able to adjust our priorities in our house renovation. My husband and I know that we made a mistake by not doing a house inspection prior to the purchase. But John helped us identifying the problems for us and gave us right direction to fix the problems. We highly recommend John to anyone who thinks to purchase a house.
