My dryer started making some awful noises. It was seven years old and never caused problems before. So I checked Homestars, found a high review of Baydoun Appliances and called them. They called me back within 10 minutes and were booked to come out the next day. He knew immediately what the problem was when I described the noise and gave me a very accurate quote on the phone. They showed up on time and fixed the problem (as well as a few other issues that were not aware of). I would highly recommend this company for their service.

My experience with the Home Improvement was great! All of your tradespeople were very nice, respectful of my home and me. Always very careful when walking thru the house and quiet when my children were sleeping! I even received a call one day when one of them were concerned with one of my dogs! Obviously, to have a great team, there must be a great leader, and Elia is definately one of a kind. Great people skills and very high expectations from his people. My basement looks amazing! So good that now I have to go buy nicer furniture! I would not hesitate to recommend the Home Improvement People to anyone. And double Elia's pay!
