I contacted Wilkens after someone else had done a poor repair on my chimney that created problems with the draw. They responded very quickly, sent someone within a week to assess the issues and provide a quote. Repair date was scheduled soon after. When they were doing the work, it was discovered that there were larger problems to deal with. They went to get the right materials and fixed everything perfectly. And, the quote was still the same (amazingly). We will be reaching back to Richard and Bill to look at some brick pointing. They are honest and skilled.
