Staff person (sorry I didn't get his name) was prompt professional and did not charge extra after he discovered the issue was etching not staining

Didnt fix hot water for 6 days In January & now not working again! N January they repeated told us they would have the part and be there the next evening with several no shows. We are back in Florida, grandson is housesitting and has had to move out again. On first call rep insisted our grandson put over $96.00 on his credit card, while he didnt fix the problem. THIS IS A RENTAL. They eventually refunded this. We have asked that they replace the unit this time.
