This past summer I purchased and had installed a Lennox AC unit from and by Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems, Inc. My experience with Spring Home Heating & Cooliing Systems Inc was great from the beginning to the end. Cy Goh was very imformative and helped me choose a unit that was suitable for my home, giving me the pros anc cons of each of the units available. The installation team that worked on this project was extremely accommodating. There were some challenges regarding the positioning of the actual unit as my home had never had an AC unit before and the house is positioned on the property in such a way that the standard placement of the unit beside, infront, or directly behind the house was not an option. The team doing the installation took the time to listen to my requests and make the requested changes as the installation was taking place. I would highly recommend Clarke Basement Systems for both waterproofing and concrete repair work. Clarke Basement Systems provided me with the most comprehensive solution to my basement water problems and concrete issues. José Martinez and his crew did a fantastic job. They were punctual and at the end of the day would advise me of the progress that was made as I was not home. when they were leaving. Questions were always answered thoroughly. At the end of each day my basement was left clean and when the job was completed, a thorough cleaning was done of the job site. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done! Marilena McGowan
