I share the same experiences as others. I cancelled by phone, e-mail and STILL Weed Man provided an unauthorized service. I finally resorted to sending them a registered letter forbidding them to enter my property or they will be charged with the Trespass to Property Act. I copied the tracking information and the signature of the person who accepted the letter. A copy of these will be going to the local police department to be kept on file in the event that Weed Man does trespass. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I received a letter stating that they got NO RESPONSE from Weed Man. This company has an F rating with the BBB. Need I say more? I share this experience with my family, neighbours, friends! Hopefully, Weed Man will take heed and change their strategies/attitudes!
