Our 10 year old furnace stopped working near the end of April 2022, and after getting a local heating company to come check it out, unfortunately it was time to look into replacing it. After having a few companies come to do assessments and get quotes, my friend pointed me to Fair Deal Heating based on their Homestar review and RFD threads. When I spoke with Ash over the phone, he was very easy to talk to. He was transparent and provided a lot of information needed to make an informed decision. There was never any pressure, and he was always available via text or phone to talk to about questions. We reviewed replacing the 10 year old AC as well, and he advised that it wasn't absolutely necessary to replace our AC as it was still working. In the end, with the information he provided as well as a very competitive quote, we made the decision to go ahead with replacing both the furnace and the AC. Ash was great at providing updates on timing as we had to wait for a custom boot to be made, and as planned, his team came a couple of days later and were very professional, efficient and clean with the install. They were great with answering all of the questions I had, and walked through the new filter box, furnace, and AC afterwards. I'm very happy with how things went and would highly recommend Ash and his team at Fair Deal Heating and Air Conditioning.
