Mark was very punctual arriving and was careful setting up his equipment, making sure to protect our floors from his machine. Our stairs were very soiled with dirt and stains so I was extremely pleased when he was finished cleaning, that all the stains were gone. Previous cleaners were unable to remove them all. I would highly recommend Mark and his company.
