After many unanswered phone calls and e-mails was finally able to make and confirm appointment. Clean Sweep BM ("Company") showed up late and did only outside and inside of the 2 downstairs windows in my condo and the inside of the 3 upstairs windows. When my son told me this, I phoned them to complain: Team leader (403-971-1347 actually answered!!!!!) I was told the following: 1. "They" (my son and his friend) did not even have the GST (? did not see this on coupon) 2. "They" did not want to pay $20 to have the tracks cleaned, which were so filthy it’s hardly worthwhile cleaning the windows. Also the seals are broken on the windows; so again, it’s hardly worthwhile cleaning them. 3. Company did not have a ladder that would reach the second floor (???!!!) I am so upset I feel like crying. This is not $350 worth of service; it's not even $79 worth.
