Workers on time, fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves. Tony, the sales manager was there to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall beautiful job!!!Working with Peter (supervisor on site) was great! He was professional, friendly and able to work with me. He knows the product and the process well. was able and willing to answer all our questions and provide alternate landscape ideas. I selected one design and they said something else would look better. So I went with their suggestion and they were right. We just wanted to say to Duralock 'Thank You' for the beautiful new driveway walkway, and landscape design. We are amazed at how much it improved the overall look and feel of the home as you drive up. We want to show it off to everyone! We'd also like to thank the crew, Peter and Tony(Sales Manager) who were incredibly conscientious, paying attention to every detail. The installation began mid-week, and we couldn't believe the entire job was completed in only 3 1/2 days... and we were ready for out-of-town guests arriving that weekend. We believe this is the best investment we've made to our home yet. In addition to admiring it every day, we know the return on investment will be there if we ever decide to sell. Note: This was our 3rd time using Duralock. Thanks Again!

We have been very nervous about dealing with contractors in the past. We have had bad experiences with contractors not doing a complete job in our house. Or not doing what was agreed upon. Duralock's team was very warm and a fun team to have work around the house. Both Tony's (the sales manager & owner) delivered the quality and promises they gave prior to signing a contract with them. They gave us everything we agreed on and more. They surprised my family and i with a little extra work to make their landscaping work look more beautiful. They didnt cut corners to speed up their work and were very easy going about minor changes. They went the extra mile to make sure we stayed happy! Very friendly, fun and respectable group of gentlemen to work with. I definitely recommend this team to any family who looks for quality in their work and more importantly any one who wants a friendly team working around there family and neighbors.
