New north side windows were installed in our 2 -storey house a few weeks after the very professional estimator, Mike , came by. Installation was in February , but the weather co-operated and the installers arrived on time, did an excellent job and left the worksite remarkably clean. The project co-ordinator, Janelle, was very helpful , and paper-work for the Ontario government rebate was filed pretty quickly. The new windows make a big difference to the appearance, temperature, and quiet in the house.
