I was referred to S***F K**N of Ridge Energy Consultant by my vendor. On my first phone call with him, he sounded very nice and professional so I decided to hire him right away to do energy audit at my house. So, he came to do the pre-retrofit energy audit and everything went well. After I received the report and completed the recommended upgrades, I contacted him again to do the post-retrofit audit. When I asked when he would come to conduct the post-retrofit audit, he didn't give me a definitive schedule and only said he would come "when he is in the area". He complained about heavy traffic in 401 and that it took a long time to get to my house, etc. So, I contacted him again and asked for a schedule, but instead of giving me a schedule he got upset and just told me to go get another Energy Advisor. I was shocked!!! This is something I didn't expect it. This is very unprofessional conduct! I mean, if he felt that my place was too far or too difficult for him to reach, then he shouldn't have received the job in the first place. Why did he take the first part of the job (pre-retrofit) willingly but then felt so reluctant and refused to complete the second part (post-retrofit)? Anyway, I finally got another Energy Advisor to complete the post-retrofit study and we found out that S***F K**N did not give me an invoice for the pre-retrofit study that I paid earlier. So, I contacted him again asking for the invoice. Despite my multiple emails to him, he just ghosted me and never replied nor give me an invoice. Very unprofessional conduct!!! I called Ridge Energy 1-888 numbers multiple times and left voice messages, but nobody ever get back to me. Very bad customer service!!
