I would like to compliment Avenue Road Roofing for their absolutely flawless customer service. My roof was a mess and had been improperly done over and over for years. Avenue was truthful, knowledgeable and had all of the safety certificates and qualifications to protect my interests. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone interested in a properly done and safe roof or masonry job. They do not cut corners to save themselves money nor do they use second rate products. They communicate very well with clients and actually show up to go over the completed job with you to ensure that you are satisfied and address any additional concerns. Amazing!

I contacted Magic after hearing about their products for years on media and through friends. After researching and finding nothing to quite compare with the options available at Magic I requested a consultation. I met with Michelle Gould and was further impressed with the prospect of design, quality and options. I placed an order. The techs arrived a number of weeks later to finalize the measurements. After the manufacturing period i was promptly contacted to arrange installation. Everybody at Magic Windows was very professional and polite. The installation was flawless and Michelle timed the quality control visit the same day. I am very impressed with the quality and aesthetic. My neighbors' drain had backed up. I met Armando outside my house. i was aware that our drains had roots and other problems. After a thorough inspection and professional conversation we developed a detailed quotation to replace all of our drains, including the outside portion. In three days the job was completed and the final inspection confirmed for me that the job was very well done. They took the time to explain the system and how it works, sent a camera down the new system right to the main. Armandos team was very professional and fast. They tarped everything (the floor walls & stairs), and cleaned up the work area completely. The workers were all friendly and courteous, very careful with my possessions. I feel that i received excellent service and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a responsible contractor with comprehensive quotations, good customer service and a lifetime warranty.
