We needed one trunk of a two trunk Manitoba Maple removed that was growing into our garage as well as overhanging my neighbours bungalow roof. The other trunk needing to be trimmed to remove deadwood. James was the only service that would meet me in person on my schedule and ended up providing me with the most reasonable quote (by far). He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable as well as communicative throughout the process AND in our case managed to get us a permit exemption from the city which saved us a lot of money.
