Hargrave quoted me the best price for Carrier without any hidden charges or additional cost. What you get from Lowes-Hargrave tie up is “the guarantee by biggest Nationwide retailer” Lowes and “service by the HVAC experts” with decades of experience. Although I did order 13 seer residential central air conditioner, On the day of installation Hargrave upgraded my AC to 14 Seer at no cost because they found that 13 Seer in stock is slightly damaged in transit. Without re-scheduling the installation they came with 14 Seer and done the installation as planned. The installation crew even covered the holes on ceiling properly without additional cost.
