I purchased the Lennox 14ACX-018 and so far have been very happy with the product. On the day of the installation, the crew was timely, clean, and took care of my home. The customer service was also great. They really care and treat their customer as their family. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and will be a repeat customer.

This was my first time using movers and after searching on HomeStars, I decided Viktoria will be the moving company for me. From the very beginning they were professional, courteous, and diligent. The movers were very hard working and very professional. They never once took a break! I cannot stress how amazing this company is. Sleep country is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. The sales people are extreamly rude and do not care about their customers. They always past you off to another person as you were not their customer originally. The customer service at head office is impossible to get hold of. This is a company that takes your money and runs with it. They don't care about their customers. STILL waiting for my refund...day 20 now and going. Save yourself the grief AVOID THIS COMPANY"!!
