Marc's service was simply perfect. Great communicator, polite, punctual, patiently answered my many questions. It was challenging to find a mutual spot in our schedules for the appointment, but Marc was as persistent as I was in making it work. The reason for the visit turned out to be a much smaller problem than expected, but Marc handled the situation graciously, made good use of the time and left me wishing that all service calls could be so agreeable.
