This Sunday I found out that my heating system did not work. Since I had a very good experience with Homestars.com site before, I went there to find out what was the best company to call. The first in the list was Cozy World Inc. Even on Sunday afternoon, Boris picked up the phone and assured me that a technician would be able to arrive the same day. In an hour Fred was at my door and fixed the problem in a very fast and professional manner. I was very pleased with Cozy World's fast response, professionalism, and their reasonable rates, and I would like to recommend them to my friends and anybody who needs a good service for their air system.

I had to book Elite Concrete services early in the season, because last year I missed the opportunity and they were packed until late fall. I was very pleased with their attitude, customer care and how fast they work. (OK, some dates were postponed because of rain, but you cannot complain about the weather here ;)) It was a pleasant surprise to me to see they even put black soil and grass seeds around the new patio when all job was done. Now new grass already starts growing; and my family and I enjoy the new patio just in time for summer! I would like to thank Elite Concrete: Raffy, Marcelo and all your comrades that did a fabulous job!

I hoped to relay on professionals to fight with lawn weeds... VERY disappointed. They do not know how to do their job. Weeds grown up even better, while grass is stressed down... Never see any weed dried after their application. When I refused their service for the next year (2011), a manager Ken S. called me and promised his own supervision of my lawn. He swore that my lawn would be perfect this year. I believed him... it was my mistake... He never called me after I signed the contract. I am afraid I need to re-grass my lawn from scratch next season. Would not recommend their services to anybody. Agree with John: their calls are very annoying as well even after you said NO.
