We bought our in 2008 and didn't realize the garage was lower then the street. Every winter regardless how diligent I was with snow removal, the garage would flood. In 2013 I had several contractors review the project and provide quotes. Spencer had the best solution by in corporating a swale in the concrete to direct water away from garage and home. Along with a trench drain across the troubling area. Combination of these two systems has left our garage nice and dry. Along with a beautiful stamped concrete driveway which includes a stamped and stained compass. I'll attach pictures of the work. Still looks great over 10 years later.

I waited until this year to write a review to ensure that nothing had moved or cracked after winter. Spring is here and concrete is looking great! After getting several quotes we went with Groupa-Concrete. My wife and I felt comfortable working with them, and the job was going to be A+. Kyle and Spencer worked diligently to keep the project on schedule, along with the quality up to my standard. Highly recommend these young gentlemen to anyone looking to get concrete work done.
