We have dealt with Josh at the Southside location several times in the last 12 years. Each time the service was excellent and everything was dealt with properly. The last time our stove was slightly damamged and they got a replacement one from Red Deer within a day and kept in touch with us. We recently had a warranty issue with our washer and we contacted customer service even though the warranty was being covered by a separate repairman. The customer service was above the line in helping us get the issue resolved. Excellent service all around!

We used The Furnace Company twice several years ago. The first time was for a furnace replacement and the second time was for an emergency hot water tank replacement. Both times the service people were excellent, on time, on quote. In fact when we had the emergency hot water tank they were able to come out quicker than anyone else. Highly recommend them... we will do business with them again if we need the services!
